📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for infrastructure and building projects.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet the required standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and project schedules, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and building projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
