📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, and distribution.

• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
