YSEN HONDA PHILIPPINES PACKAGING is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Development Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial for driving the procurement strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our paper and packaging supply chain.

As a Procurement Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with suppliers, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor and control procurement spend.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Report on procurement activities and performance to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the paper and packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
