As a Merchant Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new merchant partners across Bali. You will work closely with local business owners, understanding their needs, and presenting our merchant services tailored to their requirements. With your strong sales acumen and deep understanding of the local market, you will help Public Bank establish a strong foothold in Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchant partners across Bali
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and merchants
- Present and demonstrate Public Bank's merchant services to potential clients
- Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements and contracts
- Provide ongoing support and training to merchant partners to ensure successful adoption of our services
- Monitor and report on merchant performance and sales metrics
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive merchant acquisition
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve merchant partners
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape in Bali
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Familiarity with financial services and merchant banking would be an advantage
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
