📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate material plans using SAP and Oracle, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing costs.
• Forecast demand and plan production schedules, collaborating with sales, production, and procurement teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform material planning strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to material plans based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in material planning.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior material planners and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or a similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in material planning, with a strong understanding of SAP and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
