📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Coordinate with external trainers or facilitators, if necessary.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
