📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials to support our customers.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown or other lightweight markup languages is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
