📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's certificate.
