📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including building codes and environmental standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and innovative construction solutions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Valid professional engineering license and membership in a recognized professional engineering organization.
  • Experience in working on international projects and understanding of cultural and regulatory differences is a plus.
