📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the audit process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its performance targets.,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.,Provide training and development opportunities to the audit team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proven track record of successfully managing audit projects and teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead others.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
