📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
