📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and maintain quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
