📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular mentoring sessions to help students improve their public speaking, debate, and speech skills.,Develop and implement a structured mentoring program to guide students' growth and development.,Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.,Organize and participate in public speaking, debate, and speech competitions to provide hands-on experience and learning opportunities for students.,Collaborate with the Scholario Indonesia team to develop and deliver engaging and effective mentoring sessions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in public speaking, debate, and speech to ensure the mentoring program remains relevant and effective.,Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to provide students with valuable insights and opportunities.,Evaluate and assess students' progress to ensure they are meeting their learning objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A strong background in public speaking, debate, or speech with a proven track record of success.,A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, with a desire to inspire and empower students.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage students.,A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communication, education, psychology) or equivalent experience.,Experience in organizing and participating in public speaking, debate, and speech competitions.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.,A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of public speaking, debate, and speech.,A valid ID card and a clean criminal record.
