📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Manage and coordinate the movement of materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on steel manufacturing or a similar industrial sector.
Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations and improving efficiency.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Certification in logistics management or supply chain optimization is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
