📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Managing a team of store operators to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as needed.,Training and mentoring new store operators to maintain high performance standards.,Conducting regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Managing cash handling and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Promoting the store and driving customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in retail.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail best practices and customer service standards.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
