Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company,Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the growth and success of the business,Managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Monitoring financial performance and ensuring profitability,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service and product,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management, preferably in the mining industry,Proven track record of successful leadership and team management,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements,Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes
