Answer incoming calls from customers and prospects,Provide information about our products and services,Process orders and handle customer inquiries,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,Assist in developing and implementing telesales strategies,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets,Provide excellent customer service and support,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Basic knowledge of sales and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
