📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.,Provide support to the recruitment team in various administrative tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
