📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Tracking vehicle usage and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing fuel and maintenance costs, and preparing reports for management.
  • Assisting in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment.
  • Providing support to the fleet management team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are properly insured and registered.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
