📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and customer service.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
