Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to provide relevant advice and support.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
