📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and route vehicles to ensure efficient transportation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure timely repairs.,Oversee driver performance and conduct regular check-ins.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
