📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
