📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of retail sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
