📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
