As an Assistant Inventory & Parts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory and parts management systems. You will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, and support our logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records using SAP and other inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Support the inventory and parts team in managing and organizing warehouse operations.
Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Provide support to the logistics and supply chain team in managing and optimizing inventory processes.
Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
