As a Lead K2 Educator, you will play a pivotal role in developing future teachers and fostering a nurturing environment for young children in our internationally accredited K2 program.

Our Tadika Sri Manja in Ubud is a vibrant community of early childhood educators dedicated to providing high-quality early education. You will work closely with a team of passionate professionals, using our proprietary curriculum to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2-5.

In this role, you will use our Montessori-based approach, incorporating tools like Tadika's Learning Management System and Google Classroom to track progress and deliver personalized instruction. You'll also have the opportunity to train future teachers through our Teacher Training Program, preparing them for the Bali Teacher Certification.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver daily lessons using our proprietary curriculum and Montessori-based approach
• Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities for children aged 2-5
• Assess and track children's progress using our Learning Management System and Google Classroom
• Train and mentor future teachers through our Teacher Training Program
• Prepare students for the Bali Teacher Certification exam
• Collaborate with our team of early childhood educators to maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Promote our internationally accredited K2 program to attract and enroll new families

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori or similar setting
• Valid teaching certification or eligibility to obtain the Bali Teacher Certification
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Experience using educational technology platforms like Google Classroom and our Learning Management System
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children
