📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for semiconductor devices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize production efficiency through process improvements, lean manufacturing techniques, and continuous monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and standards, such as ISO and SEMATECH.
• Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, PLM systems, and statistical process control (SPC) tools, to manage and analyze production data.
• Participate in process validation and qualification activities to ensure product quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP, is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO 9001, SEMATECH, and SEMI, is preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
